I typically include it in the final price.✿ I am on a work-for-hire basis. I do not own your OC or the right to the pieces once the commission is finished.✿ Pieces do not have max revisions, changes stop after the base colors are laid down.✿ If you don't like something, say something. I provide many opportunities for you to change things.✿ No refunds or holds unless the reason is valid and proof is provided.✿ Don't hesitate to ask my any questions regarding my art. I will Glady provide you with a quote of any kind. Also If you don't see something ask!✿ Do not be rude to me, be open and communicate with me. Its not my job to babysit you, be responsible with your funding.✿ YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING YOUR PIECES SAFE! This includes saved files/theft.
✿ Payments are due upon sketch approval. Finished pieces are not sent unless full payment is received.✿ Customers are provided a order tracker through Trello. All finished pieces are sent through the platform initially messaged on.✿ Instagram and Facebook commissioners are not allowed payment plans or half/half's, 100% of payment is due after sketch approval.✿ You are not limited on where or how you use your pieces. Once the commission is done the piece is yours.✿ As The Artist I reserve the right to share my artworks with my community and followers for portfolio/showcase purposes.✿ I have the right as an artist to reject or refund a commission at any time. Failure to reply within a 72 hour period (3 days) will result in commission termination and only half will be paid back for wasting my time. Agreeing to a commission agrees to these terms.✿ Terms of service is subjected to change at any time. Make sure to read the additional TOS as well.✿ I provide watermarked images for sharing.

✿ Resells must be resold for $5 less than the initial price paid.✿ Trades are allowed with no issues, please remember if you trade the piece looses its value.✿ No permissions is needed to be resold.✿ Must inform me about the resell. This is to prevent confusion.✿ Free Gifts, Giveaway's or Twitch Redeems are not allowed to be resoldFEES FOR NAME/ANIMATION CHANGES$5 Name change fee

✿ NEW - ANY AMMOUNT UNDER $50 CAN NOT BE PUT ONTO A PAYMENT PLAN ( I will be flexible with this for those who have not given me issues with payment plans).✿ Max Plan - 2 months✿ $3 Fee Per Payment - Example: If you pay in 2 payments, That will be an additional $6 added to the order. (this will be calculated before the start of the plan)✿ First payment is required to start the payment plan.✿ ALL payment plans will be done via paypal invoice. Partial payment will be added to the invoice to allow for payments to be made.✿ The due date on payment plans will be 2 months out from the invoice. Be responsible and remember your full payment will be due by that date. (this means there are no set payment dates)✿ Failure to pay remaining dues will result in banment from payment plans.
✿ All Co-owns are made via a contract between two or more people.✿ Contracts - $15 Per person you are co-owning with. (this is only $15 if co-owned between two people)✿ Co-owns are purchased by one person and shared or through split payments.✿ No matter who paid or not once a co-own is set you both have authority over the pieces.✿ Both people have to come to an agreement before the piece(s) can be resold. You must let me know before the resell is initiated!✿ The resell cost must go to the user who fully paid and or split between the users if the split option was done.✿ co-own pieces are not allowed to be used for commercial use.
✿ Commercial use is +100% Of the commission price.

- Profit off my artTwitch emotes are no longer commercial use, however prices have been increased to cover this cost.- Unlimited Commercial Use - $150
This allows you to use all pieces commissioned for commercial use.
Welcome new flower! Thank you for blooming in my garden. Below is some information for new customers.✿ New Customers get a one time half/half payment with no payment plan fees on the payment.WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE COMMISSIONING!✿ Make sure you have all your references, the more the better!
Ensure to include the following such as skin color, hair color/style, clothing, tattoos, piercings, etc (you get it)✿ All customers get a Trello tracker to track their order/payment plan.✿ I provide WIPS (work in progress) at every stage of my process.✿ I am very communicative and like to be open and honest. I dont sugarcoat.✿ Don't be offended at my artistic opinion on something because some things do look better.✿ You are responsible for keeping your pieces safe. This applies to file saves and theft.✿ I provide watermarked images to prevent any form of theft, please share these when showing off your pieces.✿ If you are unsure about something DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK!
