STEP 1: ENSURING YOU WANT THE COMMISSION/HAVE THE FUNDS.

♥ - DON'T BE AFRAID TO REACH OUT TO ME FOR A PRICE ESTIMATE.♥ - ENSURE YOU HAVE FUNDING, MAKING SURE ALL BILLS AND NESSISITY EXPENSES ARE PAID BEFORE PLACING A COMMISSION.
I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND IF I HEAR/KNOW YOU ARE STRUGGLING. (please keep in mind I won't always do refunds as art is my full-time job) please be responsible with your funds!♥ - IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO HAVE THE PIECES ON A PAYMENT PLAN, HAVE SET DATES YOU ARE GOING TO PAY "WHATEVER IS GOOD WITH YOU" WILL NOT SUFFICE. PLEASE ALSO KEEP IN MIND THE $3 UPCHARGE PER PAYMENT FOR PAYMENT PLANS.♥ - I will be completely transparent - I am so tired of the placing of commissions and canceling when putting the slots/pieces on hold, this affects my income greatly. - holds now require half down payment.

STEP 2: GATHERING YOUR REFERENCES AND FILLING OUT THE ORDER FORM.

♥ - THE ORDER FORM HELPS ME KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT FOR YOUR PIECE! PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL IT OUT WITH EXACT DETAILS. THE MORE REFERENCES THE BETTER!♥ - UTILIZING A STA.SH FOLDER, GOOGLE DOCS, OR TOYHOUSE IS PREFERRED! IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHAT STA.SH IS OR HOW TO USE IT HERES A VIDEO THAT I MADE TO HELP WITH THAT!

STEP 3: UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS

♥ - ONE THING I ALWAYS TELL CUSTOMERS IS TO TRUST THE PROCESS. EACH ARTIST HAS THEIR OWN WAY OF DOING THINGS. HERE IS MINE.

(PO) STANDS FOR PER ORDER MEANING IT WILL ONLY BE APPLIED TO JUST THE ORDER AND NOT INDIVDUAL PIECES.

I will no longer be doing holds as of 11/20/2024 - I will no longer be accepting "can I pay on this date" conversations.
You are responsible for your funding; I will not be babysitting you and your funds to ensure you can be an adult and prioritize your responsibilities.

PAYMENT PLAN INFORMATION♥ - Max Plan is only up to 2 months.♥ - Payment plans have a $3 per payment upcharge - For example, if you pay it in 2 payments, that will add an additional $6 to the order total.♥ - 20% is required to be put down to start the payment plan as a deposit. - This is non-refundable if you cancel.♥ - The 20% will need to be put down the day you place the commission OR the day we finalize the discussion. I will no longer accept "can I pay on this date?"♥ - You must have a set payment date and ammount; this will let me know when payments will be made. Example below.Example:

Total: $106♥ - I will reach out when your payment is due. Failure to reply in 3 days will result in termination of the hold/payment plan. You will only be refunded half of the payments. I don't like my time being wasted.♥ - If you need an extension on your payment plan or hold, communicate with me. I will not show any remorse for failure to communicate with me. The $3 fees do apply for any extension!

♥ - Commercial Use is Now +100% Of the Commission Price. After doing some research I have realized the importance of this.♥ - Commercial Use Will now be for the following things!- Twitch Emotes and assets - Commercial use for Twitch emotes and assets is half the commission price, not the full 100%.

- Profit off of my artWhy are Twitch emotes and assets now for commercial use? Doing some research, I have realized how many people sub just for emotes, which makes a profit for the streamer, but those emotes are there continuously making money; this is only fair to me as the artist to charge for commercial purposes since in a way people are paying for the emotes/my work.♥ - Due to this change, I will now offer a deal for those wanting to use my products made for them for commercial use without the additional costs each time.The unlimited commercial use package is $150 - This allows you to use any piece I make you for commercial use whether or not it was initially intended for.

♥ - Resells have to be resold for $5 less than what you paid for it.♥ - No permission is needed to resell. Send me a message informing me that the piece was resold.♥ - Free gifts are not allowed to be resold.♥ - You must have the original artwork to get a name/animation change.♥ - Include these fees if they apply.THERE IS A 5$ NAME CHANGE FEE
THERE IS A 10$ ANIMATION FEENAME CHANGE AND ANIMATION FEE IS PAID TO ME

♥ - Co-own contracts are 15$ per person you are co-owning with♥ - Co-owns are either purchased by one person & shared with another or are split payments. Either way, no matter if one person paid or not - once a co-own has been agreed, you both have authority over the pieces.♥ - Both users have to come to an agreement before the pieces can be resold.
The user must let me know before the resell is initiated. - If the pieces are resold, the person who paid for the piece in full will own all the pieces and receive the funds unless the piece was a split payment.♥ - Co-owns are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes due to it being used between two or more users.
