GENERAL :

♥ - Must be 18 or older to purchase a commission from me.♥- all pieces are made with a mixture of digital drawings, canvas, and purchased assets.♥ - all customers are provided with a Trello tracker to track the progress of their commission. All customers are also provided wips and updates throughout the process.♥ - WHEN PURCHASING A ADOPT OR PAINTED PREMADE - PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I OWN THE COPYRIGHTS TO THOSE IMAGES AS IM THE ORIGINAL CREATOR TO THOSE PIECES. ALL ADOPTS/PREMADES CAN BE USED AS OC'S♥ - my art is on a work-for-hire basis. I do not own your oc or the rights to the piece once the commission is deemed finished. I am only the illustrator.Once finished, pieces are sent; anything after the commission is not my responsibility. As the illustrator of the pieces, please respect my tos when reselling or editing them.♥ - All Pieces are sent through the platformed messaged on and with a st.ash link - All customers are required to download their files and keep them. as the artist once your files have been sent it is not my responsibility to keep them. - any blacklisted users who need files will get a temporary st.ash for 2 weeks before I delete it.♥ - Max Revisions for commissions are 3 - anything after three will be $1 per revision. - please be specific when providing details; if I missed something, please let me know as it happens. - Any closed species or piece with heavy detail will result in a 10$ upcharge.♥ - All commissioned pieces can be used across all platforms. Commissioned work may be cropped and watermarked. Pieces may not be edited, such as drawing over them.♥ - Payment is due upon sketch approval. No refunds unless the reason is valid to me.♥ - provide credit to Obsidiagraphics or use my carrd link.

PAYMENT PLANS AND HOLDS :

♥ - payment plans will have a $3 upcharge per payment; this will cover the fees and taxes of each payment.♥ - first or half payment is due upon request to start the hold or payment plan.♥ - the max term for payment plans is two months.♥ - payment plans and holds must have a set payment date. I will not accept the hold or payment plan if you can not provide exact payment dates.♥ - I will reach out when your payment is due. Failure to reply in 3 days will result in termination of the hold/payment plan. You will only be refunded half of the payments. I don't like my time being wasted.♥ - if you need an extension on your payment plan or hold, communicate with me. i will not show any remorse for failure to communicate.

- PRINTABLE ITEMS - MERCHANDISE - PSYCHICAL ITEMS - MAKING PROFIT OFF MY ART-♥ - EMOTES FOR TWITCH ARE NOT DEEMED AS COMMERCIAL USE!♥ - PROVIDE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE.♥ - IF YOU HAPPEN TO PUT MY ARTWORK ON A PSYICAL GOODIE. PLEASE SEND ME ONE ♥ DM FOR THE ADDRESS ONCE THE PRODUCT IS MADE.

RESELLS AND CO-OWNS :

♥ - RESELLS HAVE TO BE $5 LESS OF WHAT YOU PAID FOR IT.♥ - NO PERMISSION IS NEEDED TO RESELL.
SEND ME A MESSAGE INFORMING ME THAT THE PIECE WAS RESOLD.♥ - FREE GIFTS CAN NOT BE RESOLD.♥ - RESELLS WILL NO LONGER INCLUDE THE ANIMATED VERSIONS - THERE WILL BE A FEE FOR ANIMATION REWORKS SO THAT THE NEW OWNER WILL HAVE A OPPORTUNITY FOR ANIMATION CHOICES.♥ - MUST HAVE ORIGINAL UNWATERMARKED PIECE IN ORDER TO GET NAME OR ANIMATION CHANGE.♥ - INCLUDE THE FEES IN THE POSTTHERE IS A 5$ NAME CHANGE FEE

................................................................................................................................♥ - co own contracts are 15$ per person you are co-owning with♥ - Co-owns are either purchased by one person & shared with another or are split payments. Either way, no matter if one person paid or not - once a co-own has been agreed, you both have authority over the pieces.♥ - Both users have to come to an agreement before the pieces can be resold.
The user must let me know before the resell is initiated. - If the pieces are resold, the person who paid for the piece in full will own all the pieces and receive the funds unless the piece was a split payment.♥ - Co-owns are not allowed to be used for commercial purposes due to it being used between two or more users.
